[November 8, 2017] It is our understanding that people using cell phones with T-Mobile service are not able to reach our office by telephone, that the calls are dropping after a couple of rings. It appears to be a problem with Centurylink, which is the BCSS phone provider. We are working with Centurylink to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
