BCSS has been pushing an e-bill campaign since the week of Earth Day 2015. We are excited that 100 customers committed to paperless billing in the last month, which will help the environment while increasing convenience for everyone involved. Each week, a new e-bill customer was awarded a $100 electronic gift card to one of our retail customers. The winners included Suzanne Mosley, Belinda Swindle, Richard Jackson, Steven Gifford and Mandy King. We’re also donating $500 to the Alabama Coastal Foundation since we pledged to donate $5 for every new paperless billing customer.

To continue in our efforts to save paper, BCSS is about to launch paperless forms for new service applications, autopay and financing on our website and through email. We will announce once it is ready soon. In addition, we have added a checkbox for new customers to easily commit to paperless billing on new service applications.
