We are excited that 2018 marks 20 years of BCSS providing reliable sewer service in Baldwin County. Since our beginning in 1998, the sewer system has grown to serve approximately 19,000 equivalent residential units (ERUs), which encompass a range of customers, from single-family homes to large commercial buildings. As our customers have grown, we have continually expanded and upgraded infrastructure, lift stations and wastewater treatment plants. Our family of employees has increased as well, and many of our loyal employees have been with the company for many years- some since the very beginning.
Over the years, BCSS has sustained our core mission to enhance the quality of life and the environment in Baldwin County through the provision of sanitary sewer service. We have evolved to offer dedicated on-site service and uphold strong community outreach through various educational, environmental and charitable programs. We are looking forward to serving Baldwin County and helping to improve the area for many years to come.
