It has come to our attention that some customers have been getting an error message when attempting to fill out our online forms while using iPhones or iPads. This issue is due to the settings on your IPhone or iPad and is easily fixed by following these steps:

1. Navigate to Settings > Safari, and then deselect Block All Cookies.
2. Navigate to Settings > Safari, and then deselect Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.

Once these options are deselected, the error disappears and you will be able to sign the document. Click here for more detailed information.
