14th Annual Good Life Bicycle Ride – Day 4

The Alabama Coastal Foundation’s Good Life Ride is back and this year we are are expanding the opportunities to participate! In 2023, we are providing the following four options to take a relaxing, scenic bicycle ride through the beautiful backcountry trails of Gulf State Park:
- Saturday, May 6
- Tuesday, May 9
- Thursday, May 11
- Saturday, May 13
Each day, we will gather at 8:30am in parking lot to the east of Lake Shelby Playground (20110 AL-135, Gulf Shores, AL 36542), and the Ride will begin at 9:00 after a safely briefing. In addition, we are offering a 30 break at the Nature Center to learn something new about our coastal environment from one of their excellent naturalists! Sponsors have until noon on Thursday, March 16 to respond.

Q. Is the Good Life Ride a race?
A. No: The Good Life Ride is a fun, leisurely bicycle ride through the scenic Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trails at the Alabama Gulf State Park. There is a 10 mile per hour speed limit for bicycles.
