SEWER UTILITIES INFORMATIONAL MEETING

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, April 24, 2019 – The Baldwin County Commission will host a Sewer
Utilities Informational Meeting on May 16, 2019, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Baldwin County
Central Annex Auditorium, located at 22251 Palmer Street in Robertsdale, Alabama.

The local sewer utilities operating within Baldwin County will provide information and display
educational materials regarding their operations to the general public. The sewer utilities
informational meeting is free and open to the public.

Doors will open at 4:00 p.m. allowing public access to all exhibits. The public forum will begin at
6:00 p.m. with an intro by the moderator, Mr. Dan Dealy, followed by the opening presentation,
Sewer 101. Discussion topics will include population growth in the county and the subsequent
capacity/expansion the utilities are forecasting, regulatory reporting requirements the utilities comply
with daily, weekly, monthly and annually, causes of sewer spills, coverage areas, constraints sewer
utilities encounter in providing service, costs and financing of a sewer system, leaks on private property
and storm water runoff. A thirty-minute public Q&A will follow the presentation.
