This site is to remove your name from an existing sewer service account because you have sold the property where the sewer service is.
If you need to transfer service into your name, please complete the Sewer Service Application online after you have closed on the property.
If the sewer service is inactive, or needs to be installed or physically disconnected, call us at (251) 971-3022 to discuss service.
After you have officially sold the property, please complete the form below. We will remove your name from the account based on the closing date. BCSS uses the property/ home closing date as the date that the account is transferred into a new name. If you closed between the 1-15th of the month, you will be sent the next bill around the 19th of the month. If you closed between the 16th- last day of the month, the seller will be responsible for that months bill by the 15th of the following month.
