Our customer service representatives can no longer accept payments over the phone, but they will still be answering the phones and be dedicated to assisting customers with the various aspects of your accounts and service.
To pay your bill via phone simply follow the steps listed below:

- This number can also be found on the top of your bill
- Input your unique billing code provided on your bill
- Further instructions will be provided via the call
BCSS provides several different ways for you to pay your bill at no additional charge; you can find details here. With easy online bill payment, you can pay by echecks and debit and credit cards.
Note: Payments made before Midnight will be processed that same day.
