Ray McDuffie
Service Technician
We have greatly enjoyed having Ray as part of the BCSS family during the last year. He works as a service technician during regular hours and often on-call during after hours. We appreciate his hard work and motivation and look forward to seeing him continue to grow in his capabilities here. Ray is recently engaged to his fiancé Cecilia, and they plan to be married in May of 2019.
Tammy Myers

Tammy has been committed to BCSS for 13 years. As well as taking care of customers on the phone and in the office, she is very attentive in handling payments, employee relations, and different vital inter-office correspondence. While Tammy is very detail-oriented, organized and reliable, she is incredibly kind and loves to joke around. Tammy lives in Robertsdale and enjoys spending time with her family, pets, church activities and long walks with friends and family.

Doug Frank
Mechanic
Doug, born and raised in Elberta, Alabama, has been a very committed BCSS employee for eight years. As a mechanic for over twenty years, his responsibilities at BCSS include upholding all company vehicles and equipment and supporting the maintenance at the three wastewater treatment plants. With Doug being such a hard worker with a very positive attitude, it’s no surprise that his coworkers voted him as the Employee Spotlight. Apart from his dedication to BCSS, he enjoys spending time with his beloved family and pets in Elberta, staying active outdoors, and indulging in NASCAR and college football.
